Delivery

Made to order (personalised) items are normally despatched within a week, and ready-to-ship items within two days.

All items are shipped using a tracked service with Royal Mail: Tracked 48 or Tracked 24.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.

International orders

I no longer ship orders as standard outside England, Wales or Scotland. I am unable to ship items to the EU, Northern Ireland or the USA. For delivery to other countries please email me at hello@inkysquare.com to enquire.

Returns

I do not accept returns of customised items unless faulty.

If you have any questions about my products or need advice about colour choices, please contact me before placing your order so we can make sure you are happy with your choice. For large orders I am happy to provide paper samples free of charge.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return. This also applies to any returns due to a delivery being declined.
